I am one of many fortunate ladies in life who has the privilege of living with all men. Sure, that's right, I reside in my house with my husband and 4 sons! I never would have imagined that my life would end up this fashion, nor would I've imagined how a lot I really like being surrounded by all of my men. I grew up with all sisters, so it was fairly a brand new factor for me to be surrounded by litte boys. I used to be shocked by their need for journey and by their want to play issues like 'cops and robbers.' Each of my 4 boys and my husband has an enormous binder that holds their football cards. I suppose my husband grew up gathering football cards and playing cards from other sports activities, so he was thrilled to have sons and get to include them in one of his favorite hobbies. They love their football card collections and so they have their binders organized simply so. I can not see a technique to their madness, but I'm assured that there's one and that "I wouldn't understand as a result of I am a girl." I agree totally.
Every year my boys steal away and go to a convention whose sole objective is for trading, shopping for and selling soccer cards. I like it once they go as a result of I get the home to myself for an extended weekend, but I also like it as a result of my boys come residence and are crammed with excitement for weeks on end. We always make popcorn and drink soda when they return as they each take turns showing me each single (I am not exagerating) card that they got on the convention. I've grown to like these times with my boys, and I've even learned lots about football within the process.
So take into account beginning to gather and trade football playing cards if you don't already. From a mom's perspective, it is harmless and somewhat academic, and I believe at this point that I can't ask for a lot more.
