Spring season is upon us and it is time to start working within your garden. Your garden has survived the winter and now you're ready give it lots of love to return it to its healthy state. Despite the fact that there are lots of things to do, don't forget to approach the tasks with care. Any time you work hard and use the best tools, you can enjoy a beautiful garden each day.

Since it is the beginning of spring, it is recommended that you plant new seeds in preparation for the upcoming months. Regardless of your current skill of gardening, this article will help you to improve your skills and knowledge. We will now look at a number of tips on how to look after your garden during this magical month.

1) Minimize the dead timber from your trees and you will see that your new buds will grow better and faster because they will have better exposure to the sunlight

2) Monitor the soil and ask yourself the following questions. Does your top soil contain any sort of particular color? Does your soil seem like it needs more or less fertilizer? According to your needs, you could add more soil. You can find several types of soil in the online stores, tailored for seedlings, plants, green palm trees or other garden plants.

3) Utilize the space you have and place your seedlings in well watered areas. For lawn, you can find seeds that grow equally well in the shade as in the sun. Blossoms can lift the mood and make your garden look great. If you don't ever feel like running to your neighborhood store, you can usually log on to their website or give them a call and have it shipped within two days.

4) Your plants and flowers need water and nutrients to thrive well so keep that up throughout the spring season, especially your seedlings and new plants. Although you can buy fertilizer that's universal for all plants and trees, it is recommended that you purchase specific types for your different plants as they all have very specific needs (especially roses and new seedlings). Some fertilizer is just effective during precise seasons so make certain you check before you buy. Alternatively get one that can be used all throughout every season.

5) To avoid the problems caused by pests, sprinkle the plants with an anti-insect spray solution.

Garden accessories can potentially add a beautiful touch to your already beautiful garden. Just get hold of your nearby gardening store to get some ideas. Items like a pink flamingo will give your garden that "Alice in Wonderland" experience and can add character that others will admire. Spotlights and various well placed smaller LED's can really create a beautiful garden at night. Just take the time to use your individual creative ideas and I am sure that you can turn your garden into your own wonderland.
