I like to drink this 1 or 2 times per week. This makes sure that I get the vital amounts of potassium, magnesium, Vitamin A, and Vitamin C. Additional benefit of this shake: you won't feel that "full" feeling of a lead ball in your stomach, but your body will feel pleased for the next few hours!
