In this global rescission unemployment problems have augmented dramatically. Who is an unemployed? An unemployed person is defined as a person who does not have a carrier or job. An individual who is searching for a job. Because of the universal economic problems, companies do not offer new openings. The companies that do have a job opening will hire candidates with higher education and many years job experience.

There are many newly academy and university graduate students that search for opportunities and there is nothing new about it expect the number of highly graduates are growing every year. Not everyone has a series of “A”’s in their grade’s list. Many people work full time while they are scholar. Having a full time or part time jobs at the restaurants or any other places will affect on their grades. As a result should they be outcast because of having a few D’s and C’s in their papers?! I have noticed that many companies judge newly graduated based on their grades. These companies should change their policy and test these individuals based on their expertise and not grades. A grade cannot prove a person is good at a job or not.

Every year scores of new graduated students look for work and hoping for the best to find a good job. Given that finding work at a respected company is hard to get, many workers and job seekers, decrease their ambition and apply for any jobs. This will give an opportunity to some slick recruiting companies to fish highly graduated desprate candidates with lower salary expectations. Why because when you get tired of receving rejections, you lower your salary expectations. For example KLM, IBM, Google Ireland always ask recruiting companies such as Man Power to find them inexpensive and good candidates for their first line support, progreamming and delp desk jobs.
Who do you think is going to apply for these jobs? The answer is most of them are single, newly graduated applicants with high hopes.

Since finding jobs have been hard for many individuals, most of the candidates will be those with higher degree. You should not be misled by the ratios that governments publish in public.

Unemployment in Europe, USA, Australia and Africa has increased between 10% to 45 % , especially in Asia and the middle east!

Should you continue to seeking for jobs? What should you do? Here is a solution: freelancing. Stop searching for jobs and start working as a freelancer. Whatever your background is, Globfreelance.com offers over 400 categories to choose from. Registration is free of charge. Create a profile and start bidding on projects.

Working as a freelancer demands having a good strategy. If you follow the right strategy, you land a job. Many freelancers are earning money more than an average employee at a company!
You can also look for temporary jobs, but if you dedicate your time and effort on working as a freelancer and get projects, you make more money. You can indeed send your job applications to numerous organizations if you want to, but try to work on projects as a freelancer and make some money while searching for the full time jobs. Or dedicate your time and effort to work as a full time freelancer.

One of the most dispiriting and insensitive facts is to get those “rejections “from various employees with their cold calls. If you ask them why do they reject? Here are some cliché answers you get:1- We found someone who has more experience 2- you are not experienced enough and so on. And guess what? They tell the last one to a person who has more than 10 years job experience!

Stop searching and start working as a freelancer. Visit Globfreelance.com now.
